first, i wonder who he is, and at what capacity is he there for...
is he an employee?
a friend of the gal..??
a trainer..???
he didn't seem to have a good hold of the gun during firing AND recoil.
further, seems to me that there weren't any RSO's around.
if that range has camera surveillance, maybe he got kicked out?
i dunno....but tell you what, this is why i fully appreciate going to the public range early mornings during the week (10 AM when they open), and my private club even earlier at 6:30 AM).
and fully stay away from the public range on weekends and holidays.
my private club, has no cowboys, morons, or idjuts.

If they were at my range, they’d be frog marched out so fast their feet wouldn’t even touch the ground and they would be banned for life. We get cowboys in there sometimes but nothing as stupid as that.
