Great job KF, I've had a cataract removed in my left eye and right eye cataract not too bad currently (unfortunately it's my dominant eye). I just got over a scratched left eye cornea but now have optic nerve swelling causing blurriness. Price of getting old I guess, but you keep up that recovery and continued great shooting

Amazing the clarity at 25 yards
Did some range work with @SimonRL .
10-20 yards
3” splatter targets
Warm up
Upper right target was my weak hand practice at 10 yards. Think weak hand is good
Right side /middle low me and left side/top center SimonRL
Left = simon
Right = Killer
Yellow bulls are my least favorite color for contrast
Rapid fire drills for me and Simon worked on 20 yards shooting
10 yard drills on 3” targets both of us
Eyes work beyond expectation !!!
Gives shooting a whole new outlook
Got in some Hellion work as well

Glad this worked out for you, Killer. Doc says I will need cataract surgery in the coming years, so I have some questions for you. Does this surgery restore your near sight as well? Can you see your sights clearly now?Range day today with 2 new eyes.

If I may interject a cataract is the clouding of the lens so a new lens can be implanted with correction built in to fix your eyes to 20/20

In my case the vision was so bad I needed a trifocal lens as the replacement. The trifocal implant corrected both near and far to 20/20.
I can see the sights perfect as well as close up reading of say a menu or gun manual.

Yes.
Dr’s can put in a non corrected lens, so you still need Rx glasses to correct the eyes, or they can implant in Rx lenses that correct the eyes forever. ($$ upcharge)
Ok it's sooooo worth the upcharge. I'm in my 60's and have been wearing glasses since the 2nd grade. This trifocal lens replacement would truly be life changing. Not close enough to the surgery to have discussed lens options yet but this is now committed to memory, it won't be forgotten. Thanks guys.

Not everyone may need a trifocal. Some may need just a bifocal.
Everyone is different based on their vision, but upgraded lenses are available for an upcharge
Thanks. That is exactly what I am looking forward to.
I use a progressive lens in my glasses which is a more or less a seemless trifocal. I'm making the assumption based on that. Went to bifocals a few years back and you really miss that middle vision once it's gone.
