The 1911 trigger pulls straight back, Hi Power is hinged so they "feel" different. Also, many Hi Powers have a mag disconnect feature that add more moving parts. More parts to move, worse the trigger feels. Having said that, Cylinder and Slide can give you an amazing trigger. Still feels different than a 1911, but every 1911 guy that I have let fire my Hi Power was surprised by the trigger.
