her parents (if it applies) should be held accountable along with her. maybe throw her under the bus (figuratively of course) and for those involved wanting her to lie!
 
Just another visible artifact of a subculture where lack of self control is commonplace, and violence is a valued trait. When your primary social tool is a hammer, everything looks like a nail. It is a subculture of violence that we see on our TV screens daily but the media and officials lack the courage to call it what it is. Change must come from within the culture, but social control is unlikely with so many fatherless homes.

I live in Virginia about 40 minutes from Portsmouth, which is the murder capital of the state mind you and the birthplace of the great rapper Missy Elliott….lol, moving forward I’ve lived in many parts of this country, but this place has me truly baffled. Last year some teenagers shot up the RICHMOND high school graduation I believe murdering three or four people and injuring several others in broad daylight.
You know from across the street they just shot into the crowd, it’s a good thing. Everybody was disarmed on school property cause that worked out well:) those poor kids will be traumatized for life and their families the survivors, of course
Lastly, but not leastly sidebar: the Virginia license plate says Virginia a place for lovers, this is a lie. The saying is actually “Virginia a place for HISTORY Lovers” nice try VA…nice try. But yeah, that lunatic should be locked away for years, get some isolation time a d reprogramming to perhaps emerge into society and give and be part of it in a positive/non violent manner.
 
The culture of poverty has been this way in every corner of the globe since time began. I think the process is:

Life isn't fair > I'm a victim of the world > I deserve more > I'll have to take it > I got punished > Life isn't fair...
