When you cycle the slide and let off the trigger, it resets normally. When you pull the trigger again, there is an audible and tactile "pop" as the disconnector moves from being stuck in the bottom of the trigger bar groove up to its normal position.
Taking the slide off and manually pushing down on the disconnector, it disconnects the trigger from the sear like it should, but the disco gets stuck at the bottom of it's travel when you push down on the disco. Pulling the trigger will pop up the disco to its normal position.
