Yup, I downloaded the app to my iPhone, tried to sign in with email & password I use to register my SA firearms on my computer, and I get message that is doesn't match my credentials (I know the email is correct, so I guessed it was password that didn't match). I used the option to sign in with my apple id and that worked (there was an option for google as well, which I suppose is the id and password users log into the app play store with). I then went to the SA firearm register page on their website on my computer and successfully logged in with the email and password that didn't work on the app. This leads me to believe it's a problem somewhere in the app at least for some users.

Yeah, you have more patience than me. I rebooted my phone. I may download the app again later. I am so tired by the end of a weekday that I can barely formulate a thought. I choose my battles wisely these days. I had a Buick up until last year...just sayin'

For any of you guys having problems logging in, it's not the same log in info you use here for the Armory Life Forums. It's the log in info / account for their Online store. Just an FYI for those having trouble getting in.

The account you would use to buy something from their webstore, or activate a warranty on a firearm, is the account info you need to use to get into the app.
