A kit to make your Glock look like a toy made from Legos. Why? Good God, I hope this is fake. That's all we need, making a real pistol look like toy. Especially if there are any kids within a mile. I see accidental shootings abounding.

If they were made with black or camo blocks that would be one thing, but to use blocks the same color as those you buy for children is a safely issue that needs to be addressed. And I'm sure the government will. Besides, building a gun from Legos just reinforces the idea that Glocks are really just plastic guns! :)

Don’t worry, it’s just a matter of time before Lego gets in on the act. They are very proactive about not associating their blocks with weaponry.
 
It's far from new. I almost bought my wife a Hello KItty AR.

Is the fear that thugs will now start carrying what looks like Nerf guns only they will be real and that somehow makes them more dangerous? Cuz we can have a discussion about my opinion on that if you guys want to.

Wasn’t there something here in past few days about a person with a stash of guns or something but had a lego of the capital building, media went bonkers, but it was later announced the the lego capital building was still in a sealed box….

So you're saying that condoms are only as good as the packaging before opening? For an open carry gun or any in public, except at a range! Don't give idiots an excuse too shoot you! The other thing is , just because you can do it doesn't mean you should! But 1 day those cutie guns will be accepted just as others that fight for their rights.
 
The only rational fear of guns that look like toys that I can see and even agree with is that if they were to become prolific, kids could get shot because someone, possibly a cop thinks they are pointing guns at them when in reality they are pointing a Nerf gun at them.

No, because the period of IP protection on the design is already over. The market is flooded with Lego compatible patterns.

I wasn’t saying anything like that, don’t know where you got that interpretation from, I was just saying about the lego thing, that’s all, was just making a comment, maybe I should have stayed on my hiatus……..
