I agree but I also think there are some things you "shouldn't" do to classic guns.. I mean to each their own of course but still.. soul is crying

I like innovation in firearms and sometimes taking an older design and modernizing it can improve the functional ability of it just like the common modern Colt 1911 clones that everyone has.
I can appreciate the older styles like my Winchester 94 which I really enjoy shooting but I can also appreciate the skeletonized stock and MLOK rail of this rifle.

Well with the work I'm doing on the sbl it'll be western meets modern/tactical? I'll post when all items arrive and installed. Some things go together better than others.

You can uglify anything you want, but that is so wrong.
When Winchester took a twist barrel gun, put on a forearm, a lighter barrel and a loading port, that was progress. If you want a modern gun, get a PC carbine or a MSR.
