I'm of two minds about this. We are supposed to be part of a unit not taking advantage of each other, then maybe that's why after six years the only thing I had to show for my time was an old beat-up chopped Sportster and leather vest a stripper bought for me. Enlisted to enlisted okay I guess, NCO to enlisted, no way, Officers should be drummed out.

Today I'm carrying a S&W Compact 3.6 with a cheap *** folding razor knife. Working in the garage and will be cutting many boxes. Impressed a stripper bought you a present , just sayin.

My EDC stuff is typically a pocket knife, a pen(used to be a fountain pen), matches or lighter and a small light.

I was an auto/truck aftermarket parts counterman and a few small tools i had in a bag every work day.

A gun will be an EDC from the first minute i get 1.

I tried multi-tools but the few times i could have used them, they were "tools" were too big, small or kept closing up while using them, so i put them back on the endcap...

I had and still use flea market/cheap pocket folders. But i learned how to sharpen (hone) them and it amazed co-workers and bosses that my pocket knife was sharper than the replacable blade razors the company said we had to use. They thought i paid somebody to do it...lol... but all i did was a 5 minute Lanskying of the edge...
