i got something similar once saying they had my "internet search history, which had extensive porn searches etc... " i needed to pay them some stupid amount of money or they'd forward the history to every one of my contacts.
i responded, "go ahead, the people in those searches are my contacts." crickets.
i probably shouldn't have responded at all but i just couldn't help myself.

they tell you that even if you send it to the wrong office, they will forward it..

then what i did was printed it all out, like 7 pages, for my records.

as well as all of the original email and header (the name of the person, email address, etc.)
