Studying topography maps and strategy for an elk hunt in CO in a month.

Wow! I pass out early and miss all the fun... :ROFLMAO:. Well, it's zero dark too early right now and I am finishing my coffee. Had a decompression treatment after work yesterday and to day my body feels like it went through the wringers of one of those old wringer washers. I know I will be on repairs today so I've got a good 12 miles to walk (at least). On the plus side...I don't have to work Friday. Better get moving...........
 
HMS Belfast was really cool.

In “Y” turret (rear upper) they had a simulation of their shooting on D-Day.

One round every 8 seconds, roughly. The deck would jump under your feet.

They did that, for, iirc, 2 hours straight at the opening of D-Day, beginning at 5:27, and not stopping until troops went ashore at 7:30.

If you’re ever in London, it is well worth the visit.
 
the wife has been a tad under the weather, nothing out of the norm for her..she and i both suffer from sinus issues from the seasons..

i just had a lite lunch, and dusted above the door frames,. tops of the doors, and did some vacuuming..

the lower dusting, like on the baseboards, will be another day.

oh yeah.....i did the dishes too.

now it's close to my afternoon nap....

i'm pooped from all this hard labor.
