Shot midday today and it felt warmer than yesterday. The wind was blowing up range, so the BP shooters had that gagging smoke blowing back on us. Everyone worked better and I shot clean again. My Lightning rifle was tinkered with by a gunsmith before we shot and he got it working again, so the wife shot it for the match and it worked great. Now I don't need to think about buying another rifle for her. Our last wave goes first thing tomorrow and it's all done but the crying.

Just got home from the vets, Cassie has been having issue with her bile movements since Wednesday night, tests, X-ray’s all come back, bad cars of constipation due to hair balls. She went ok out at vets, so we are going to use Cat-Lax hairball stuff, vet gave her a clean bill of health tonight.

Having some breakfast and a cup. Will get dressed shortly and take the husky for a walk then off to the gravel pit. Feeling blue today but don't know why, oh well, if its something i'm sure i'll find out.

The vet I made the knife cabinet for came and picked it up today. He is thrilled with it, I am happy for that. Sweeping up and preparing for the next project.

Enjoying the last few drops of my morning coffee. I'm trying to deal with the VA and straighten out some issues. I am a disabled veteran and do have a disability rating. All I am trying to do is get the allowed temporary 100% rating while I recuperate from my recent total knee replacement surgery. My knee issues are already considered service connected, but I'm pulling out what little hair I have left on my head trying to deal with the VA. There should be a law about having to deal with all the VA bureaucracy and the hoops to jump through. Sorry, rant over.
