Just finished a big turkey dinner with the husband’s clan. We’re all up for hunting again this weekend. A couple of ten points were shot today, but not by me. I didn’t see much by my stand. Still though, it’s mighty relaxing just sitting out there thinking…about what, I’ll never tell. Hopefully tomorrow…

Woke up a little later this morning. It has been raining all night! Maggie was waiting in my chair for her breakfast. Will be raining all day today so won't get much walking in today. I hate taking the husky in the rain, she is hard to dry off. At least there are some football games today. Hope everyone has a great Sunday!

We kicked out close to a dozen…only two roosters; my buddy got one, I whiffed on mine.

Either way, a perfect day. Bright sun, just enough wind to keep it comfortable and keep our scent down…

A little pheasant a la king over biscuits would’ve been nice, but there’ll be other days.
