What are you doing right now??

I used to go see every band that came here back in the 70's, Kiss put on the best show of all that i can remember. back then it wasn't but 4 bucks to see a show. think it got to about 12 bucks before life happened and i stopped going. this was my favorite Wishbone ash song.

WA was the first big concert I went to. It was loud, but so clean. I prefer the Errors song from the first Live Dates album. It's funny how one version of a song appeals to me more than others do.

I read an article by Will Dabbs in Handguns magazine about the Inglis HP clone and now I'm mulling one. Funny thing, I was dreaming about selling or trading some guns early this morning. My dad used to say that if you want something, sleep on it and maybe sleep some more on it before you buy. That's hard for me to do.

I was messing around in Open G. Picked out most of Fearless by Pink Floyd ( Thanks @SimonRL ) and a song probably none of you ever heard called Ozone off Ace Frehley's first solo album. Then my mom started texting me. It's very aggravating waiting for her to get to the point. I just set the guitar down and spent 25 minutes having a conversation that should have taken about 3. Oh well, one day I will miss that.
His solo album was great, Gene’s was so so, Peter and Paul’s, didn’t care for at all.

Peter’s was terrible. Gene’s was pretty bad too. Paul’s had a few good tunes on it. Move On, Tonight You Belong To Me, Take Me Away, It’s Alright, Wouldn’t You Like To Know Me. Definitely mellow ballad type crap which is what you’d expect but…..

I rank them:

Ace
Paul
Gene
Peter

reading the postings, and responding....i woke up from a nice nap, the monsters,,,,er...devils,,,,uh...angels left about noontime..

wife made a lot of brownies, and i ordered up pizza's......bad combo for me and my diabetes and lactose intolerant stomach...

but the kids ate it up, and nary a tummy ache when the went off to bedtime.

i made pancakes as i said i would, i think the Vermont maple syrup makers (??) are gonna boycott us to buy anymore syrup. dang kids poured that syrup on like it was free and made of water.

but they had a good time, the wife had a recording of The Wizard of Oz, and Christmas Story, and others, so they watched those.

i did my grandfatherly duty, and fell asleep.

wife set aside some brownies for me........diabetes or not..........at least 1 gets into my belly later...then tomorrow, the next day, the next..........

On the baking subject-With my youngest -50 home from heart surgery I made his favorite snack. He daily has a banana with peanut butter on so Lots of over ripe ones. At Target on the wooden banana stand, underneath almost on the floor, are these mixes. 1egg, water, 2 banana's Amazing. Both dogs are gone now but our Pit Bull was his heart dog who passed 12 years ago. When medics called it with Matt and were calling the M.E. strange things happened and they went back to work. After being out of induced coma and home weeks later,, he said Grandpa and Herman our Pit Bull were there for him. Dogs DO go to heaven.

I made the mistake of looking at MSN. It is chock full of What if scenarios. It's like the writers took acid and are speculating on the world. What if the earth stopped spinning, what if the mountains became inverted, what if the land area became water and vice versa, etc. I made some snide comments and finally couldn't take it anymore. Good grief. What if I found the Fountain of Youth and it's really beer? I guess this is what our education is coming to.
