Welp, Primary arms customer service ain't so great after all. done called three days in a row cause a tech was supposed to call me back that day and never did.

so thursday i called and she said i will put you with one now. i said great. he put me through the ringer about over torquing it. wanted to know what i torqued it at. and finally he calmed down and said we will either send you a new bolts or have you mail that one back. i said all i need is one bolt.

he said we are closing early today and won't be open tomorrow so i will call you about ten on thursday morning to let you know what we will do. i said that's awesome. welp, no call yesterday and none so far today. gonna find my own bolt.

Primary Arms lost my business over shipping BS. Paid extra for 2 day priority. Took 13 days to get it. And they were rude. Then I kept getting their emails. Which just made me madder.

Well shoot, at err is hillbilly talk down here in arkysaw.

I must have hit them on good days. One blue label G48 MOS, one Holosun 407k, one Holosun 507C. Three different orders in different months. All came in without incident and they worked out my blue label/military credentials much faster than others have.
Oh i didn't have no trouble with them delivering my orders. it's the replacing of warranty stuff. i had five or six orders with them in the last couple months. no problems on the delivery, well except for fedx. but that wasn't PA's fault.
