I have one of those and it is fun. I wish they made one powerful enough to kill those dang carpenter bees.My daughter bought me a Bug-A-Salt fly blaster. It's a spring operated pump, uses common salt for ammo. I live in South Texas, have 5 dogs that keep our backyard fertilized. While not a firearm it sure is a lot of fun to play with.
Yep, it's a pretty close range weapon. I've even hit a few on the fly. I tried using Kosher salt, too dense, clogged up the reservoir.I have one of those and it is fun. I wish they made one powerful enough to kill those dang carpenter bees.
what happens to the salt? does it build up on the wall ???My daughter bought me a Bug-A-Salt fly blaster. It's a spring operated pump, uses common salt for ammo. I live in South Texas, have 5 dogs that keep our backyard fertilized. While not a firearm it sure is a lot of fun to play with.
I have to admit my wife gets a little upset with the salt on our hardwood floors. When I see salt on the walls or windows I use a moist paper towel to clean it up. It's not a big deal I'm not constantly on the hunt.what happens to the salt? does it build up on the wall ???
