What have you bought firearms related in the last 48 hours?

I have tried no loc tite, blue loc tite, vibra tite vc 3. Cleaned screws and holeS to perfection with both Acetone, as well as MEK. On the original prodigy I sent gun an plate to mother ship and had them mount it, lasted 75 rounds of WWB 115fmj before it plate came loose. How is you Operator AOS performing?
i ran 80 through the hell cat this morning
i checked torque on the screws for the optic at 40 and then at 80
still tight, no movement
i will keep an eye on them for sure

Hmm.. shipping en route …

I've already bored you with my latest purchases, but there will be a swap meet at the end of the month. My last chance to buy something this year.
Ooooooooooo..... what do you have? I have muchos that I want to pass on to others from my scratch and dent bin. You know, to make room for other stuff that I will let sit for years while I wonder why I picked it up but too much of a cheapskate (or too lazy?) to sell it.

Dawson tooless guide rod and matching recoil spring kit for new Prodigy comp 5". The gun shoots amazingly.
I would pay big money to not have to remove optic and plate, clean screws and holes and re mount everything at 1 or 2 hundred rounds. Springfields AOS system is seriously flawed. I am thinking a TIG tac may be required to keep plate tight on slide. Any suggestions?
Gorilla glue or JB Weld?

Here...let me give you a gentle nudge.... ;)
I have 5 spares in a safe at the moment. I see these reviews on them and something compels me to buy them. Or I see them on sale and I buy 2. All the BCGs on all my ARs are good ones. The odds of me ever even needing a single spare are pretty remote.

I guess I better buy one of these just to be safe. They're supposed to be the best in the business.

Atwoods has been having some crazy sales. they do something different everyday. called the 12 days of christmas. today was the big day. 40% off all guns, All Henrys, made the 45 70 700 bucks out the door and the 22 250 bucks out the door. both goldenboys with octagonal barrels. the AR7 was 210 out the door. they were already on sale too.

I got a package yesterday from a little outfit called RTG Parts in Sheridan, Wyoming. Five brand new Mec-Gar 15 round Hi-Power magazines. Its a little family owned business that deals mostly in surplus gun parts. I stumbled across them while searching for magazines. $19.95 each. Which is about $3 cheaper than anywhere else. (y)
Shipping was a little slow. It took them 10 days to get here. But then I imagine the weather in Wyoming is kinda tough in December and USPS is loaded down with Christmas. So I ain't complaining. ;)
