What Is a Muzzle Brake

Except for a few items set-up for cans I've gone back to the A2/extended A2 plus there are a couple of improved A2s where the port geometry has been tweaked for reduced flash.
 
The SI j-comp is as close to a flash reducer I've used. I don't know about flash reduction, but does a good job in muzzle jump reduction. Some of the SI, Lantec and a few others have a lug for linier comp or suppressor capabilities.
 
This was the most difficult and satisfying installation of a DC Vortex
