What knives do you daily carry?

This is my US-made folding Buck 110, I've been carrying it for about 25 years. Some folks said they own a Buck knife for 40 years and it's still sharp as hell.

https://wildproofgear.com/the-best-8-folding-buck-knives/ - many experts say Buck Knives are not as good as they were after they started to produce some of their products in China.
But I suppose it's not about the country, it's about the manufacturer.
I had a Buck 110 that I carried in the leather, snap-closed sheath it came in, for a number of years on sea and shore duty. Bought it in 1972 out of the ship's store for around $12 as I recall. Solid brass bolsters and ebony wooden grips. Everyone aboard ship carried a knife, and the 110 was a popular choice, along with the Case XX. A lot of the deck force guys carried sheath knives, that were basically hunting knives. Around '78-'79 while aboard my 3rd ship, I had an eagle (screaming eagle style) engraved on the bolster. Somehow, between divorces and moving that knife disappeared. :(

What year is your Puma? I have a Puma Bowie made in 2007 , a Prince also made in 2007 , a Bantam made in 2010 ( all new ) , and a model 270 folder made in 1971 ( used but still nice ) . I had a Puma White Hunter made in 1972 till my house burned several years ago.

Micro tech is my primary go to knife. I have never had an issue with any of them doing exactly what they are supposed to do when they are supposed to do it. I "earned" mine at "school" back in the day. The Cold Steel Ti-Lite is going on 45 now. That and my Gerber MkII (also going on 45 - ouch!) have a home in my Durango Boots along with a micro-torch. My son, (the Navy S.E.A.L.) tries to convince me to carry a SOG. Instead I picked up a pair of DAWSON knives, one for him. He stopped trying to convince me soon after. Now his TEAM all want the same. Kids! I still train every day. Only not for as long. I work more on precision now as we all tend to slow down as we age. When my boy comes home, the sharpies come out! I can still manage to send him back with something that has to be explained! That will not continue for much longer as he is either getting better, or ... Don't tell him that please.

Today, it's a Gerber Paraframe. Next Monday, it's going to be a Sandrin Dellatorre. Kind of like going from a Chevy to a Cadillac!

Polyhedral Tungsten Carbide blade with an HRC of 71...
I have a Gerber Paraframe clipped on my range bag, and have cut a lot of cardboard for targets with it. Still as sharp as ever. 👍

I have many, many knives from the size of a large paper clip (Pin Knifes) to my custom made “gut you out”.

I carry all these pictured for various reasons. The Buck (black with holes in handle) is one of my favorites. Very sharp and thought not a switchblade like the Kalashnikov, but easy to present with a spring assist.

The Recon has a long blade and is well built, but takes a little effort to present the blade. I’m pretty fast at it, but l’ve had it for over 20 years.

My newest carry is a Colonel. Excellent concealed appendix carry knife.

The custom made Devoogd (my best Bro Rick Devoogd) is well balanced and sharper than sharp. Carried this on my bike.

Last, but not least, the pre-WWll Army Ranger issued Cattaraugus 225Q, I have had since 1970 and was recently (past 5 years) rebuilt by Devoogd. It was in pretty rough shape (as you can see by the original scabbard). It is a very heavy duty, tough fighting knife. I had him make a new static sheath for it.

Puma is from the 60s if I remember. It's an original. Really cool knives.
