When it comes down to it, what is your "go to" EDC?

I really love that gun, how is the AOS optics plate behaving? Staying tight to slide? That is one sexy 1911!
Thanks. Fired about 75 rounds the plate to slide screws stayed tight but screws to mount SRO onto the plate both came loose. Springfield recommended 12 inch pounds, cleaned the screws applied loctite torqued them to 15 inch pounds. I had a shift in point of impact thought it was just me. Planning a range trip in about a week, wish me luck.

Good Evening to all EDC folks. Today I got an exact copy of my Hellcat Pro from Springfield (Air Venture) that is CO2 powered BB model. I have been thinking of a "Blue" gun version to adjust holsters, practice draw, etc. but this is so realistic. Not the re-coil without cartridge but 17 round mag works, slide works, $89-. My real gun is black so I got the tan FDE to practice. Also found out Live The Creed has a new smaller tourniquite. (?). 1/3 size of old one. Also has a Glow Stick that activates when it's used to quickly identify the person needing immediate help. I have always wondered why they aren't made in Neon colors for that reason. Anyway, that's my newest EDC. Blessings to all.

You probably already know this Hilda (I am usually way behind), but a CO2 pistol can be messed up by not putting a drop of oil on the top of the CO2 cartridge when a new one is put in. Ask me how I know. :(
Thanks, that was great to share. Was it fixable? Mainly will use to adjust holsters, practice my draw, etc. I know nothing about using it but at 78 can still learn. Appreciate your help. What do you carry?

I think the whole thing is, say you got a bunch of guns, you go to a flea market or such and sell them all, and you make a little more then what you paid for them, this is I think what there talking about, you still can sell your guns it buy one off an individuals. I know years back, Ohio had a law at one time, that you could only sell 7 guns in a year, I don’t think that law is around anymore, like Bob said, you don’t have to let anyone know that you got one off someone unless the seller wants it transferred to you, which is not a deal breaker, many do this and many don’t.
Good Morning, Just watched Armed Attorney's new video about "New Gun Laws" and if a gun is lost or stolen and you reported it within 24 hours you are free of any liability for what happens with the gun. I guess the problem comes when a gun is traced back to you and you can't prove you no longer have it. Just watched a speech to Dem's about not banning "assualt rifles" where it was stated they were all protected by Secret Service "carrying". Amy Swearer from the Heritage Foundation gave a WONDERFUL speech saying her mother couldn't shoot well with a handgun but was center mass with an AR and they are easier and more accurate than a handgun. Hope something sinks in. It was on U Tube from Blaze tv. Happy Turkey day.

guess I'll weigh in here on that point. If anyone steals something, bow, hatchet, shovel, auto etc and commits a crime with it - the legitimate owner cannot be held responsible for the felon's action regardless, unless they aided in the "theft". Called aiding and abetting. Blue state AGs are a dinosaur species - expect the courts to be turning on them going forward.

We can only hope Trump will lighten gun laws. Strange that he lost his guns but still has all the nuclear control and power. Has anyone heard of someone being transported to a hospital after an accident and unconscience(?) and being arrested and losing their gun? I just read a story and saw a video about an attorney discussing such a case. Wonder if the medics actually would be at fault? Back in the 80's when I was a police and lead swat team medic it never came up. Now rescue is with the Fire Dept. and they don't carry. Maybe don't carry on your person driving? Blessings.
