Anyone else into cooking?

The mister has headed out of town for work for the weekend, and I cooked him up some creamy mushroom wild rice soup and some tuna casserole for his meals. I’m cooked out for tonight so it’s gonna be frozen taquitos (baked, of course😎) with queso. Maybe I’ll get creative tomorrow..
 
Leftover air fried Chicken quesadilla and salsa for supper. This dish is actually an appetizer at one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Fargo. This makes two meals for me, and it fills me up.

Sorry, we ate ours...but I fried up portabella mushrooms in butter and red wine to go on top of the venison. The red wine was actually by accident because the bottle of garlic infused olive oil was next to the bottle of red wine....well, it was funny at the time, but it tasted awesome! :cool: :ROFLMAO:
One should always find a way to cook with a good wine, and occasionally add a little to the food too!!!
