AR Ranking By Manufacturer & Tier

To me, the barrel and the trigger are the most important parts. The name on the lower is less of a concern to me. So I have a Daniel Defense lightweight upper on a CMMG (they are just down the road from me) Lower and a Geissele trigger. As far as the lowers go if they are forged there is a small number of forges in the USA so most AR manufacturer's are buying from the same place. Billet is a different story but I wanted a lightweight rifle and billet is heavier. The actual differences in my opinion are mostly marketing.

Barrel, trigger and bolt carrier group. And I agree. I have Anderson and PSA lowers and I have WC and Aero M4E1 lowers.
