Carrying multiple guns

Is anyone carry a backup weapon other then your primary weapon. If so what are your carrying and how are your carrying it.

Sometimes I have a sidearm on me and a shotgun in the truck. Rarely have I ever had two handguns on my person.

Occasionally if I'll be out in an unfamiliar area or city, I'll back up my G26 with either my LCP or S&W 442.

i pack extra items, especially those with 16 round magazines
normally i am comfy with my normal items with me

I just carry one but depending on where I go I may have spare magazines. Typically I carry a HCP and feel confident with the 16 it carries.

It depends entirely upon where and when I present. In the big city, I'm never without my LCR in an ankle rig.

I sometimes carry a revolver in my back pocket when carrying a pistol on my hip. Generally it would be to arm my wife if for some reason we were made to split up. Does not happen often and generally only on trips to Detroit or the area.

No. I'm 58 years old I have never been in a situation yet in which I thought than having another handgun on me would make me any safer.

Without fail when I leave my home there's a J-frame in an ankle holster plus my EDC in an OWB holster.

Looks like I'm in the minority carrying two handguns. In all likelihood I'll never need that second gun or the first one for that matter. It gives me peace of mind for that "what if" situation.

Nothing wrong with carrying two guns. It’s just that one of them should be a rifle or a shotgun.
