well, it was or has been said, that someone that abuses animals leads to more violent attacks.

this particular person NEEDS to be caught, as i'd fear he may have already killed other animals, maybe in the same fashion, and maybe even some people.

One question, being a Shepard, was this dog going to be a police dog?
If so I say give that puppy posthumously recognition as an officer which would mean that A$$hole killed a police officer. Life in prison which is still to good.

I see the abuse, inhumane treatment and downright horrible things that humans do every day, when it is not just unnecessary but done out of cruelty. I have seen animals kill for food and for defense. I have never seen an animal decide he was mad at someone so he would burn down a house full of people or kill someone's child just to teach a lesson. Animals just want to live, some people go out of their way to be mean.
