Open carry

Like KillerFord, almost all people I’ve seen OC’ing do it in the worst possible way…the few exceptions are the “Tactical Theodores”

I must be the statistical freak again .

[ Once upon a period of time , there was a hiccup of reciprocity in an area I was going regularly, and I had to OC . And ( long story ) there was a period over a summer where I OC as a self research experiment. ]

I wore my regular leather Pancake or kydex . The ironic thing is that I conceal larger guns than OC .

A few years ago I open carried a cocked & locked 1911 just to see how the public would react. Got numerous stares and one guy asked me if I knew my pistol was cocked. I tried to explain how the two safeties on my 1911 made the pistol very safe. It was clear the guy didn't believe my explanation walked away shaking his head.
