ThanksNice shotgun and good price.

If I was looking for a shotgun in that class/price range, I would definitely go for the Mossberg 940 Pro.Love the A300 Ultima, but I read that the magazine support is prone to loosening, opinion?
I find the foregrip ideal yet I am a lanky guy (long arms) therefore the stock is a bit short for my build. Leaves my elbows wider than I would like when on go mode.If I was looking for a shotgun in that class/price range, I would definitely go for the Mossberg 940 Pro.
I haven't spent time behind the A300 Ultima, but the fact you can't change the stock is a deal breaker for me.
Which gun are you referring to, the A300 ?I find the foregrip ideal yet I am a lanky guy (long arms) therefore the stock is a bit short for my build. Leaves my elbows wider than I would like when on go mode.
Yes and yesWhich gun are you referring to, the A300 ?
Do you shoot with a bladed stance ?
Have you ever considered a regular fighting stance, similar to shooting a handgun ? It's the reason almost all tactical shotguns have either a very short LOP or an adjustable stock.Yes, A300, bladed.
You can build a lightweight 9mm AR for well under that. All this talk of PCC's has made me want one. I am a soon to be 71 year old man with some various health issues. Arm strength is not enough for a shotgun. That's why I am thinking about a PCC. This would be a plinking gun with home defense thrown in. It would need to be somewhat lighter. I had considered the Ruger PCC, but after many many reviews saying how heavy it is, I do to want to risk it. Do you guys have suggestions for me? I'd like to keep it below $1000. It needs to be fairly easy to rack also.
Thanks,
Joe
