my wife uses them all the time,she has small hands and has no problem with them. her hands seem so dainty that its funny when she puts them up next to mine.

If they work for the wife, by all means use them,
LOL, yea our hands are usually smaller than guys hands.

Hi,

Started as a bone stock Springfield Garrsion in 9mm (series 70) last week.
Seeing as I can’t leave anything stock I added a stainless recoil spring plug, extended stainless slide stop (minor fitting), extended stainless mag release,...<snip>

Are the extended slide release and mag release parts from Wilson Combat? I think I need these on my Garrison (.45).

Everything other than the mainspring housing is (or is going to be) Wilson Combat.

Brazilian-made Loaded Champion circa 2002, purchased new in 2003. Factory night sights died pretty quickly and have been replaced with Novak white dots. Extractor was replaced on purchase (LGS said Springfield got a bad batch) and pistol has been ceracoted, otherwise completely stock. It shoots smooth and clean and has been completely reliable.

Hi,

I repeated a holster clinic training session so I could work out with my SA Garrison 1911 .45 using my hybrid IWB holster from Raw Dog Tactical. This holster is OK but I need to wear it around more to get a better feel for comfort and usefulness.

You might notice the DCC clip. I like it better than the standard FOMI clip. All my IWB holsters have DCC clips.

I only have 3. The flat dark earth is Girsan 10mm Hunter. The blued one is a .22lr and the eldest of the group is my Springfield .45 stainless. Mine are not expensive weapons but all shoot straight and are reliable. I made the grips for each of them as woodworking is my other passion.
