Looks Great 
. Frame looks very similarly the the mod.2 but with a XD-M trigger and No 'GRIP ZONE'.
The slide serrations look well done and it retains the cocking ledge at the rear found on the XD mod.2 and with OSP.
I like it.

Absolutely love my 40 caliber Mod2 Sub Compact, the gun shoots flawlessly and is seriously controllable and comfortable to shoot, it’s good to see SA expanding on this platform.

They can't that's about as far down as you can mill an XD slide, as you go down there are other parts that fit in the slide that get exposed. With the Echelon HS built the slide around the mounting system. With an XD, XDM you have to build the mounting system around the slide.

I've been carrying a Springfield XD Mod.2 subcompact for many years. If Springfield released a subcompact version with the optic cut at this price point, I'd have a hard time arguing myself out of an upgrade (assuming it performs as advertised).Hello all, here is today's article posted on TheArmoryLife.com.
