I bought my Prodigy last Sunday so we know there are at least 10,000 beta testers out there and I am sure there are many people like Armory Life forum members

@xdman and myself who have had positive experiences. If this is your first 1911 and you have concerns perhaps you would be better off buying a standard Springfield 1911 of which there are many. I just picked up a .45acp Ronin yesterday and also have a 9mm Range Officer Target they are a blast to shoot. Or If you’re set on an all metal, hammer fired double stack but don’t want to spend $2500 you could look at the Sig 226 Legion. I promise you that it will not disappoint.
