That's kinda how we all felt when striker guns first hit the scene. I resisted for a long, long time.I don't recommend anyone shoot nothing but 1911s for 10-15 years like I did.
Every striker fire trigger seems...meh
Get er done.Well I have part of the Mcarbo upgrade complete. I installed the striker and safety spring upgrade. I took it to the range for 100 rounds. I could pretty much stop here with the install process, and be happy.
The trigger and sear spring upgrade may have to wait until next week.
I did some polishing on the trigger lever

I personally don’t mess with my triggers on a CCW gun, stock for meDoes anybody tune their own trigger anymore?
The Hellcats need it.I personally don’t mess with my triggers on a CCW gun, stock for me
Mine is ok with me, once you get used to it, it’s fine, I’m not picky on triggers and such, as long as it goes bang is all I am concerned about, but yea, lots do change themThe Hellcats need it.
I installed the Apex trigger on my Hellcat and it is incredible. All the grittiness of the old trigger is gone. Just shoots extremely well. Since my gunsmith was off I decided to do it myself.Yeah I'm trying to decide on a replacement trigger for my Hellcat Pro right now.
Yeah I just couldn't stand the factory triggers in mine. Changed them all out to Apex; not a night and day improvement but an improvement for sure. Wish they had triggers like the Echelon.Mine is ok with me, once you get used to it, it’s fine, I’m not picky on triggers and such, as long as it goes bang is all I am concerned about, but yea, lots do change them
Agree. I've already replaced the stock triggers in my other Hellcats with Apex and also now with my Pro.I installed the Apex trigger on my Hellcat and it is incredible. All the grittiness of the old trigger is gone. Just shoots extremely well. Since my gunsmith was off I decided to do it myself.
I have the safety on the Hellcat....PROTIP here ...disassemble in a BAG. The safety spring and U hook tend to jump off. Luckily my daughter's cat found it on the floor.
Yep.TURN YOUR HELLCAT PRO INTO AN INCREDIBLY ACCURATE, HANDGUN WITH A GREAT TRIGGER. BEST CCW ON THE PLANET
