What are you doing right now??

Hi,

Dang! You're up early too. I got to sleep in until 8am. Lucky me. Workout, vacuuming, clean up the mess in the mud room, now it's almost time for a meeting at the Turning Point office. I'll be knocking on doors tomorrow.

My wife reads a lot more novels than I do. I think she just has more words in her head. ;)

Thank you for your indulgence,

BassCliff
I love getting up between 3-4am! Start the day off early.

If I don't get up by 4:30am I feel guilty and feel like I have missed something. It throws off my whole day. Weird
When in Air Force I used to arrive for guard mount an hour and a half early! They thought I was crazy!
i get up "automatically" just before the alarm goes off at 4:30..each and every stinking day

when i was a trucker, i'd arrive to work, or at the customers location at least 1 hour early..

however, when driving to say California, i had to keep my home base time (eastern....)

of course CA is 3 hours behind.....

and yes, i'd arrive 3 hours early.....

what a PITA.....

and to this day, (since 2014 when i retired) my "internal clock" is still messed up from trucking hours......no matter how dog tired i am..??

i am up before that alarm goes off.

that's what nearly 50 years of shift time work does to a person, or at least, to me.

I'm thinking it's totally different when you don't HAVE to. I worked shift work for so long that my sleep pattern was nonexistent. When I moved to the US I decided I would not work shifts again unless I absolutely HAD to. I haven't needed to, and my sleep has somewhat regulated but it is by no means "normal" Heck, I don't even know what that word means anymore.. 😎 I'm tired almost all the time.

Was diggin again, found more ammo. bought in 84. when was the last time you seen 45 auto that cheap. lol

I have such a bad case of insomnia, I have no idea what a real sleep pattern is. I'm up every night till 2:00am or later no matter how much sleep I got the night before. Before retirement, I was up around 6:am weekdays to make it to work on time, then the weekends I'd sleep in till ???. As long as it's daylight outside I can sleep like a baby. You could drive a freight train through my bedroom and never bother me. But once the sun goes down and it's dark out, I'm wide awake again. Been this way my whole life, even as a baby according to mama.

Just curious, are you allergic to garlic? Can you see yourself in a mirror?😉
