just wrote out a 5 year renewal membership check to the NRA..

i really wanted the "Distinguished member" membership, but that is like the life time, and i'll be lucky to live another 5 years.......so why bother..???...(plus $750 right now can be used for something else).

my club requires NRA membership, so i gotta have it.

price was $25 off regular 5 year renewal.

My prospects for today are not good. Major clog in the kitchen sink. I hate plumbing. On average three trips to hardware store when I do plumbing, water all over the kitchen floor, and me sitting in water in wet pants.

Well the blaster on thd garden hose did not clear it. Next step, power snake in the main line. Did I mention I hate plumbing?

Ordered a SA 1911 AOS Operator 45 ACP from local FFL dealer. Should be here Friday 10/25. Will be putting a Trijicon SRO 5 MOA on it. Will send pics.

Whew! Snaked and water blasted 23 feet of sludge from the drain pipe, kitchen drain is wide open now but what a mess. That does it, I am having a grease trap installed. Have I mentioned I hate plumbing?
