What are you doing right now??

Woke up super early, we're supposed to get heavy snow this morning, according to the radar. Hasn't started yet, but the ride will be fun anyway. It was really messy on the way home Saturday afternoon, and then the temp dropped like a stone. Suppose I had better peek out the window one more time and get ready for work... Happy Monday

Careful on the slip n' slide to work my friend. It will reach 74 degrees here today. The catfish are singing and the skeeters are hatching. I'll be in the shop.

Just swapped out the backstrap on the PDP. Feels really good. Now it's time to start supper...American Chop Suey.
Basically goulash. It works. Hamburger, stewed tomatoes, onion, green peppers and spices. I’m perfecting the spices, and it works. We have it for dinner and he takes the leftovers on the road. Oh, almost forgot the elbow macaroni. 😊
That sounds good. Sounds like something my wife would make. She has a few “Specialty “ dishes like this. My personal favorite is her bacon spaghetti which I will be taking the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. It’s not actually bacon it’s Turkey bacon. She did try it with bacon but it’s much better with Turkey bacon. It’s spaghetti noodles, Turkey bacon, olive oil, crushed red pepper, canned tomatoes and other spices. It’s very good.
yes, we here in New England know it as "American Chop Suey", but in its overall description..."goulash"

very, very easy to make, many different substitutes if one would like say, venison rather than beef.

my 2 sons stayed overnight...the weatherman said..."a coating to an inch"...

well here, we know better than to trust what the weather people say, and that is always LESS than what a politician will say.

we got "about 3" and this time, it was the heavy stuff.

they (and i) finished about 45 minutes ago.

temps are "supposed" to get as high as 43 today, so some melting will happen...

then of course, a freeze tonight

best to clean up, either way.

Sorry to report my range trip had to be cancelled really before it started. About half way to the range, 38 miles, my spinal cord stimulator went nuts shocking the $hit out of my legs. Didn't have the controller with me so I couldn't turn it off. Was lucky to make it home turned it off. Running diagnostics on It right now. Her again, ain't life a bitch.
