i think just like a email spamming or phishing phone call, all they need for you is to verify what they have on you now.Been on the phone all morning with the bank. I have been receiving snail mail letters that seem very authentic, about not being able to reach me by email so I contacted them this morning. Turns out they never sent any documents to me...both the banking and credit card departments verified this. So I have sent them screenshots of the letters and they are opening an investigation as to where they came from. I can't for the life of me figure out what they were hoping to get from me. They weren't asking me for any bank/card numbers (they did have the last four digits of the credit card number though), and they didn't ask for my social - they didn't even supply a phone number for me to contact. Anyway, the ball is in their fraud department's court now.![]()

I just learned of (and sent props to) guitarist Brian Setzer's unfortunate medical situation. Brian can no longer play (at all), due to autoimmune disease. Sad development at sixty-five years old for a tireless performer, and all-around nice fella.
