Went back and made an offer on the 308. i brought it home. ain't been shot a lot. can't see a lot in the pics, has a radian charging handle, magpul bipod. also has some kind of non stock trigger. it is really nice. the trigger is straight.

Came with an extra matching stock, 5 boxes of ammo and three mags

Had this muzzle brake on it, took it off first thing and put a flash hider that mounts to a suppressor.

Just got my new Navy Fed Credit card. While washing the Buick monday I was informed that somebody charged $2500 at Walmart and Target .com. I said I don't shop at those stores. So, the card had to be cancelled and they Fedex'd me another one today.

Originally, I was supposed to go pheasant hunting today…but the new pup changed that.

Which is good, because it’s craptastic outside. Sleeting earlier, now just cold drizzle.

Normally, that would mean gun shops and libations…

That craptastic stuff missed us. I heard about that front on the way home and I wondered if you got hit. This weekend it's supposed to be pretty wet up here...tis the season, I guess.

I am presently standing at the kitchen island, answering the doorbell and passing out candy. I have to stand because if I sit, I WILL fall asleep .

We are haven't had rain in over a month temps still high 80's to mid 90's. Know I live in South Texas but this is kinda weird. Normally we would be seeing highs in low 50's and more rain than we need. Hope it changes soon.

Our five dogs make it impossible to have trick or treaters they go nuts every time the doorbell rings.

We didn’t do truck or treaters this year…with the new pup being so timid, we thought it would be a bit much for her.
