What are you doing right now??

I finished cleaning out the storage area and pantry under the stairs, which didn't do my back any favors, so now I'm scrolling the forum and dumping emails. Gonna have an early dinner I think. We're both just lolligagging around the house and I'm getting hungry. I need to clean my guns but my spark just died so...maybe tonight if it comes back, or definitely tomorrow. Gotta treat 'em right, ya know.

There might be one or two times in a year where I might have to mail something off in a letter. That's when the wife and I have to hunt around the house to find out where we left stamps. Sometimes we have to buy more stamps because we can't find where we left the last book of stamps. Kind of like checks. I might only have to write one a year. I'm no fan of having to deal with check writing or snail mail.
I usually pay online but there are 2 that go by mail.

And the addiction continues. I had no plans of hot-rodding my truck, but I couldn't turn down this deal. Not exactly the name brand system I might have gone with, but for what I got it for, new in the box, I couldn't turn it down. The guy even threw in some fuel filters, an air cabin filter, an oil filter, and a crank case vent filter. It will have to sit on the shelf for a little while though. My son helped me change out the oil and all the filters less than two weeks ago.

BanksPower is some pretty good stuff....i am always seeing them on the MotorTrend channel....which yes, they might be paying to be on that show as an advertiser, but if i recall they also show dyno test results.

what brand would you have gone with, if not this one.>??

I'm not sure. On my past truck, I went with an AEM cold air intake system. But that was on a much older truck. I was still in the research stage of this, when I was given this offer.

i did the banks sidewinder to my 92 f250 with IDI NA 7.3
it did make a difference...but the juice was not worth the squeeze
well designed and all, just the amount of cash vs results left me flat

It's brand new, still in the box unopened. The Banks website has it for $469. I got it from my coworker for $300 plus he threw in a bunch of different brand-new filters that would have cost over $300 themselves. Fuel filters, engine oil filters, cabin air filters and CCV filters for a 6.7 Cummins ain't cheap! lol I just couldn't pass up the deal for it all for $300. He had just traded his Ram 2500 Cummins diesel for a 2500 GMC gasser, and had this stuff left over.
