I bought a used Rossi 92 years ago and have never got it to run right until today. I checked the cartridge stop and discovered the cartridge stop didn't engage 100% of the time. It was like an intermittent electrical short. Sometimes it worked, but not all the time. Anyway, I filed the angle on the part to allow further travel and that seemed to do it. I ran 30 dummies through it without issue.
I shortened the ammo box on our gun cart two inches to see if it would balance better stuffed with ammo. It got tippy yesterday when it was fully loaded. We'll find out next weekend.

Watching an AWSOME line of T Storms roll over us for the last couple hours. Quite the light and percussion show. The creek is going to overflow into the lake. ZEUS is working his hammer. This is a real toad strangler. Mother Nature is flexing her muscles over my house.

Our thunderstorms gave way to overcast intermittent showers. We'll get more rain later with some snow overnight. Otherwise it's a lazy Sunday afternoon. I took Mrs. BassCliff out for lunch and now I'm thinking about a nap while she prepares a meal for a sick friend. Blessings to all.

Got the Keurig fired up. It's a granddaughter transport day. The pantry cabinets are done and in my daughter's garage, will start installing them Wednesday. Will make a Lowes run and do some plumbing here today, a good day to be working indoors. Hope y'all have a great start to your week.
