I feel your confusion. Had it myself. There will be quite a few WTF moments in the first 2, maybe 3 episodes, but trust me, all will become clear and the ride will ultimately be worth it. You're gonna LOVE the scene where they go to the gun store coming up in a few eps. You're gonna love a whole lotta scenes before it's all over. ;)

That was so long ago I can't remember anything about that story.

The only one I remember anything about the season set in the late '40s or early '50s and starred Chris Rock as a gangster crime boss. That was pretty good. But not nearly as good as Season 5. ;)
