Whatcha Watching?

I don't know what that is, but thanks. It'll come on something I have sooner or later, or I'll just buy the DVD, that's how much I want to see it. ;)

Channel 167 on DISH.

Now into episode 4 of Faraway Downs. It reminds me of Days of Thunder--every character, every plot point, every action sequence, every line is very cool but absolutely preposterous, a complete fairy tale bearing little if any relationship to any reality. And yet it's A Good Story Well Told, something I'm an absolute sucker for. ;)

Hi,

I've just discovered this thread. Thank you all for the viewing ideas. Mrs. BassCliff and I watch very little network TV.

Lately we've enjoyed a series called "The Musketeers", a BBC production on Prime. It's just 30 episodes of fun. If you like westerns as I do, "The English", produced and starring Emily Blunt, is a sad, sad, quirky western that tells its epic story in 6 episodes. We've also been going through the "Seinfeld" series when we have a half hour to kill, or we want to clear our palate after watching something heavy. Seinfeld seems a lot funnier these days. 😉

Thank you for your indulgence,

BassCliff
