My dad would say, "It's colder than a well diggers butt out here"

Mom would say this every summer....it will rain at the end of this dry spell

Also colder than a witches' titty(sp)

My dad used to say things like "dryer than a popcorn fart" and "he's the southbound end of a northbound horse"... Also, "hindsight is 20/20" and "familiarity breeds contempt".

We could go at this nonstop. "Our elders have given us an inexhaustible supply of one-liner pearls of wisdom for our journey through life." And THAT is MY quote.
