Not a fan of those two.
Heavy peat, a little one dimensional flavor profile on the lagavin.. IMO.
Highland Park from Orkney is my benchmark on single malt Islay peat whiskies

I haven't tried the Bowmore 15 before, but the Lagavulin 16 is one of my all-time favorites. But I like heavy peat sometimes. Highland Park is certainly excellent as well, with a bit of a different flavor profile.
