I don't know shite about Bourbon, but I know that Pappy Van Winkle is take a loan out for a bottle.

I had a couple drinks with my BIL yesterday. Elijah something or other. It was pretty good.

My collection of all hooch is pretty extensive ..
Scotch, Rums, whiskeys, gin, cognacs, are my favorite.
Tequila and vodka are just meh to me, though I have them in cocktails

I like good sipping whiskey. Haven't had a good cognac in a while. I am not much for rye or gin, but I do like a shot of tequila from time to time (no salt or lime...that's for rookies ).

After a 96 hour, 8-day run…I’m out for lunch.

Fair State Mirror Universe. Nice hazy IPA, oats give it a really soft feel. A go-to when I find it.

The first half went down EASY…
