We missed all the rain yesterday, but right now it's getting dark again. Keeping our fingers crossed. In the meantime, we had our 4th celebration today with some friends over and now the clean up.

Made it to the Mainline. A quick repast and then finally home.

Notched six 6x6 posts to accept my 2x10 beams, then built two double 2x10 beams and set them. One 34' long and one 21' long. It wasn't easy getting them up on the posts by myself. Thankfully the posts are only about a foot off the ground. Had some smoked pork butt and a couple Guinness, then a shower and now watching Porky Pig and having an iced tea.

I showed The Wonderful One my "Mr. Fixit" prowess (yea, right) this afternoon. Both of our sprayers had gone inoperable. So, with about forty minutes, replacement parts, and sweat dripping from the end of my nose (94°), both are as new once again.

METV has a channel that's all classic cartoons all the time. Right now I'm watching Dudley Do Right ( Rocky and Bullwinkle show).

Delicious, perfect combination of sweet and salty.
You can also try this stuff too. My wife likes this , it’s meh to me.

Not a cloud in the sky, windy as hell, but 82 degrees in July.
