What are you doing right now??

OMG, I just found a pic of me when i was about 18 with platform shoes on, some kind of big legged fancy pants. some wild colored shirt with long collars and and big sleeves. with two females in kinda awkward position. :ROFLMAO: and no i ain't postin it. man, some of the crazy crap we done as kids. i also bet my wife ain't never seen that one either. lol
 
Temps are in the 50's in the morning, mid 80's in the afternoon and very comfortable. It is dry, we are in a drought, great for farmers to get crops out but we have a burn ban. We will get rain mid week next week. Working on cutting boards and Sharpening blades on 3 chainsaws today, still have windfall trees to clean up from spring storm, something to work on in cooler months
 
Getting ready to fly back to DFW after watching David Gilmour perform at The Hollywood Bowl. A lifetime experience shared with two of my closest friends.

Rain all night overnight and it's still raining now. Got most of a cup of coffee in me and starting to think about what I'm going to do with myself today. Rain caught me in the middle of digging my holes/piers, so I'll be mucking those out at some point. It's supposed to rain for a couple days starting Monday though so I'll probably just wait.

I sold one of my 1894s last night to a guy I work with so I should probably take it out to the shop and clean it up. Might go vote.
 
got some laundry going, came back earlier from extra T-Day food shopping, and gonna set up my front and rear door walkways with claymores to thwart the evil that'll be coming later tonight.

ok, no claymores.....but bear traps.....they're a safer way to thwart evil....

The location was spectacular. The show was amazing and the audio was crystal clear. Light show was what you expect from Floyd. He’s only doing London, Rome, New York and LA. Three shows each. To top it off we rented a Tesla Model S Plaid which has 1000hp and goes from 0-100 moh in 3 seconds. We launched it several times and it made you feel like you were losing your faculties. It got worse each time and by the third time I thought I was going to p!ss myself! It was a right lads holiday!
 
Just got home and am enjoying a late cup of coffee. I had to go to a VA C&P exam with a contract doctor. The VA screwed up with sending me to this exam. All I was seeking was the temporary convalescence rating while recuperating from my recent total knee replacement surgery. They had me down for an exam for a rating increase request on my knee. It was pretty funny going into the exam using a walker and failing all their range of motion exams. I couldn't even get on the exam table. The doctor agreed that somebody at the VA had screwed the pooch on this exam and just shook his head. But we played by their rules, and I showed up at the requested time and place for the dog and pony show. Hopefully they will have all this straightened out in a few days. So glad that I used my own insurance and doctor for this surgery. I know a lot of you guys have had good experiences with the VA, but I never have. Sorry, rant over.

I hate the VA! Have I mentioned I hate the VA. To me they have been terrible and I want to do evil things to them.

Her coloring looks similar to my Beagle/Blue tick Maggie Marie.
