I'm tired of watching "heavy" films, so we're watching some light, escapist foodie/culture fare instead. And enjoying the hell out of it.

I watch a lot of stuff on History and Discovery, but I've just about cut network TV off entirely. I WAS watching The Rookie, Big Sky, and Chicago PD but decided to let them all go this year because they just got too stupid. Enjoyed The Voice but decided it wasn't worth watching without Blake Shelton, so that's gone too. About the only network TV show I still watch is Shark Tank. Last week's episode was a particularly good one.

I liked Big Sky waiting for the new season. Dark Winds, From was good also. I'm hesitant to start a new series, too many have been dropped. Sirens (mermaids), Swamp Thing, Monarch ect..
