Yep send that puppy back.. sometimes u get a lemon, look at the sa 35 i have 2, one no issues lost count of rounds fired, 2nd one ive put money into it and fixed it myself. Sending it back seemed a waste for it 2 many people were sending them off and coming back with still same issues

Honestly I didn't know you even owned another firearm outside of your personal "worlds largest Yeet Cannon" collection....😜

Go get'em "Hi-Point Yeetboy"....🤣🤣🤣

I really LOVE my Springfield products myself the SA-35 really just put me off like I said my Wilson went off 8 days later arrived back complete and I mean complete work order done explaining what they found what they did to fix the issue and a ton of things to make up for me not having my gun. SA customer service has been great with handling this issue but I'm just miffed that they cannot give me any lead times in regards to me getting a new one THEY promised me and as of this writing, they never inquired about who they are sending the NEW one to. Never asked for any FFL dealer info and as a fellow forum member stated earlier I honestly do not know for sure if they can legally send it directly to me. But what I can say is this 31 yrs as a Police man I have many Glocks and my dept carries Glocks for almost 30 yrs now and since I'm an instructor I have shot probably upwards of close to maybe 300 different Glocks and only in 31 yrs found and first hand dealt with 2 that had issues that had to be sent back to the factory for and those 2 since they are duty weapons, within 48 hrs. Glock had sent out brand spanking new ones to our dept. No hassle and no "We're waiting for parts" explanation. So after the NEW one arrives I'm probably going to sell it off. Hellcat and Saint I have both excellent and love them both use and carry both of them everyday.

Thing is it’s not some new game changing design. Base design is 100 years old and sti perfected the 2011 platform. SA copied it after the patent ran out. Sent out the gun and raked in the money. They just didn’t care about quality and functionality.
Ok so as I’ve been following this thread and you’ve made some very outlandish comments and your frustration is evident that your brand new mass produced gun has problems, that’s to bad. But to say that Springfield didn’t or doesn’t care about quality or proper functionality is flat out wrong. Many on this forum know my history in making firearms for two very well known and established companies for 20 years and I can tell you that not one firearm manufacturer is going to produce a product and not care. When I worked for Mossberg as an engineering project manager from 2010-2015 our annual production was close to 500K did everything work flawlessly? No but we had an outstanding repair department just like Springfield does and they will fix your gun. And if for some reason your still not satisfied then sell it and move on please. On that note I’m a very satisfied customer and find my mass produced Springfield firearms to be incredible weapons, have I had minor issues with a couple? Yes but after working on the problem I found out it was me creating the issue.
Reply to this post or don’t I don’t care just be respectful as we are all here to help and not get bashed.
I’m done with this thread.

Wow, you come on here and talk down to members here, and mods, calling some liars, that is not right, it’s very rude, we are on here to help with people who want to discuss firearms and issues, done with this thread
Why should you be done with this thread ? Dude joined today and if there's any sense in the world he will not be here tomorrow. That sort of crap should not be tolerated here, period.

They can't send him a new firearm directly so that would be the major tell if they replaced it along with SA reaching out to him to notify him of a replacement option and to get his preferred FFLs information for a federally mandated legal transfer.

Firearms sent in for repairs can be shipped directly back to the original owners home address as long as there are no state laws prohibiting that from happening.

I'm not trying to argue, I just don't understand what you're exactly saying.
what i am saying is, that i hope he still has the original serial number..(he most likely does)

cuz they "promised him" a brand new gun,,,rather than repair the one he sent back several times.

he went on to say that "they are waiting for parts", i questioned why, don't they have several newly built guns in the "back room", they can just ship out to him..??

to which i was saying, (basically) hope that they actually DO SEND you a new gun, and NOT repair the same gun for the umpteeth time...

i know about the shipping stuff, it was to say that my hope was he ACTUALLY GETS a new gun, not his "old one repaired again"
